Corporate law is one of our core areas. The organization of companies, assets, including capitalization and financing, as well as changes to the company, such as increases and decreases in share capital, are among the topics we focus on.

Kristensen has cutting-edge expertise in business transfers and the transfer of companies. It is primarily special situations where our expertise is in demand.

We assist our regular clients with legal reviews of companies, also known as "due diligence", either on the seller's or the buyer's side. We have completed major transactions and have associated various specialist expertise with the project, such as tax and duty expertise (which we do not possess ourselves) or, outside the legal fields, in the form of financial and technical expertise. These are networks we can make use of by agreement with the client.

We regularly handle cases before Norwegian courts and arbitration courts related to corporate law and transactions.
