Corporate law

Corporate law is one of our core areas of expertise. We regularly handle matters concerning corporate organization, financial affairs, including capitalization and financing, as well as corporate changes such as share capital increases and reductions, mergers, and demergers.

We have been responsible for major restructurings (in the traditional sense of the term), such as those involving Oslo Boligeiendom and Mosking. In the most extensive restructurings, we have assumed roles as chair of the board and/or managing director.

Our experience also encompasses investigations into transactions and accounting practices, both within the meaning of the Public Limited Liability Companies Act and outside its scope.
